Our origin story
We’re a frozen food brand that became a 3PL. Not the other way around.
F2C was born from Atome Bakery, a Vancouver direct-to-consumer frozen sourdough bakery. Atome ships raw-frozen bread and pastries in insulated boxes with dry ice, straight to homes across Canada.
Most 3PLs add a freezer and call it frozen fulfillment. We started from the freezer: nothing off-the-shelf was built for frozen, direct-to-consumer shipping, so our founders built their own warehouse operation, their own software, and real dry-ice know-how. Once it worked for Atome, we opened it up to other frozen-food brands who needed the same thing.

Every address is verified and PO boxes are caught before anything ships, so boxes don’t end up stuck at the wrong door.

Delivery status pushes back to Shopify to power your "your order was delivered" flows, plus tracking pages for your customers.

Orders batch to weekly ship days chosen per brand, so boxes never sit in a truck over a weekend.

How pricing works
No rate-card mysteries. Your monthly invoice has four parts, and you'll understand every line on it.

A monthly partnership fee
One flat fee for your account, the Revy merchant portal, the Shopify integration, and your included pallet storage and receiving.

Per-order fulfillment
A base fee per order, plus per-item picking and a per-box fee. That's the pick, the pack, and the box.

Materials, at our volume rates
Dry ice billed by the pound and insulated liners per box, at rates we negotiate by buying for tens of thousands of shipments.

Carrier shipping
What UPS or Purolator charges to move the box, based on our negotiated rates.
Growing past your included storage? Extra pallets and extra receivings are simply itemized at flat rates. Every charge shows up as its own line on the invoice. Nothing gets buried in a "handling" fee.

How do you figure out how much dry ice to use?
We engineer a packing recipe per destination transit time and product weight: enough to arrive frozen, not so much you pay to ship extra.
Where do you ship?
Western Canada today: BC, Alberta, and Saskatchewan via UPS and Purolator, plus local delivery in Metro Vancouver. Shipping farther east? Talk to us anyway.
Can you handle subscriptions, not just one-time orders?
Yes. We support subscription boxes (Recharge-style) as well as one-time DTC orders.
